Saucy Potatoes & Ham

4 cups potatoes,peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup onion,sliced
10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup.
12 ounce can evaporated milk.
2 tsp unsalted butter.
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham/cubed.

Combine all ingredients in your crockpot,EXCEPT HAM..
Mix well.
Cover and cook on HIGH for one hour.
Stir in the ham.
Reduce to LOW.
Cover and cook 6-8 hours,until potatoes are tender.
serves 4-6.
