Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

Spray crock pot with non stick coating.
Place unseasoned pork tenderloin roast in bottom.
cook on high for one hour.
After one hour, add cranberry mixture below:

One can WHOLE BERRY Cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon cornstarch. I mix all together in a zip lock bag and spread over top of pork tenderloin.

Reduce heat to low and cook 6-8 hours. Break roast apart in large chunks and serve over yellow rice. Delicious with black beans.
