Pork Tenderloin in Peach Sauce

One pork tenderloin, just plain. Put in the crock pot
1/2 cup finely chopped onions, put 'em in
One jar of apricot or peach preserves--put it over the tenderloin
Chicken broth--enough to just about cover the meat

Let it cook for about 6-7 hours on low. Makes a yummy, peachy sauce. Serve with rice/noodles/mashed potatoes--whichever you like best.
