Sausage Potato Soup

2 boxes of scalloped (or au gratin) potatoes (when you dump in crock pot make sure you also dump the seasoning packet in as well)
1 lb. mild sausage (i used country)
1 package of julienned carrots (little sticks) or a bag of frozen carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 bell pepper chopped
large container of heavy whipping cream-32 ounces

Cook the sausage and onion (maybe the bell pepper and a little garlic) then dump all ingred. into the crock pot. Once all ingred. are in crock pot, pour water in crockpot until the consistancy is soup like. i put enough water for all the ingred. to be completely covered by liquid.. you can always add more water later if you dont add enough..

cook on low in crockpot for 6 hours.
