Easy Cheese Bbq Chicken

Makes 6 Servings

6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 lbs)

1 bottle (26oz) bbq sauce

6 slices of bacon ( I use turkey bacon)

6 slices of swiss cheese

1.) Place chicken in Crock-Pot. Cover with bbq sauce. Cover, cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours. (if sauce becomes too thick during cooking, add a little water.)

2.) Before serving, cut bacon slices in half. Cook bacon in microwave or on stove-top keeping bacon flat. Place 2 pieces cooked bacon on each chicken breast in crock-pot . Top with cheese. Cover and cook on High until cheese melts.
