Pork Chops & Gravy on Rice

Ingredients

2 -Bone in pork chops
1 pack of lipton onion soup mix
1 tablespoon of flour
1 bag of onions and peppers
2 cups water
Tony chachere's

Directions

Start your rice

In a skillet throw in the bag of onions and peppers, cook for about 5 mins.

Wash your pork chops and season them with tony chachere's on both sides.

Brown them in the same pan you cooked the onion/pepper mixture.

Once brown add your water and onion soup mix. Cook on low for about 45 mins to 1 hour depending on how thick you want your gravy.

My gravy was kind of runny so I used some flour to thicken it more.

Put on top of rice and enjoy!
