Chunky Chili

Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey

2 cans (14 1/2oz each) diced tomatoes (garlic and onion blend) undrained

1 can (15oz) pinto beans, rinsed and drained

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Sour cream

Sliced black olives



Directions:

1. Cook ground turkey in a large skillet at medium-high heat until meat is browned.

2. Place beef, tomatoes with juice, beans, chili powder and cumin into slow cooker, stir. Cover, cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or until flavors are blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cheese, sour cream and olives.

Makes 4 servings
