DIY green dŽcor for our kids' playroom

Having kids has been so great. Sure there are stressful times, but I've had the best times of my life with them, hands down. College was nothing compared to this. Right now we're planning on redecorating the kids' playroom and we're going to have all kinds of fun doing that.
I went online to find some really cool ideas about how we could make our own decorations for the room. While I was online I found some information on www.shopelectricityratestexas.com about energy savings plans and I read through it. After that ! I decided to order one of them for our home energy plan to help make sure we're more efficient with our electricity.
I found some old frames up in the attic, so I'm getting the kids to paint some artwork to put in those frames and I'm going to hang them all along a wall in there. I think that we may also paint a mural on the wall rather than buy more decorations. There will be less waste that way. Plus, the kids can get really creative with it!
