Grandma's Corn

8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
32 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1/3 cup sugar
OPTIONAL:1-3 tsp. water.


Let cream cheese and butter soften in slow cooker on LOW about 10 minutes.
Add corn and sugar.
stir well,until corn is coated with the cream cheese mixture.
Cover;cook on LOW for 3-4 hours,stirring occasionally.
If corn seems too thick,add water as needed just before serving.
serves 6-8.
