Breakfast Casserole - Crockpot Style!!

1-2 bags frozen hashbrown potatoes (depends on how much you want to make!)
1 lbs bacon, cut into pieces, fried and drained
1/2 cup diced onions
1 green pepper diced
3/4 lb cheddar cheese diced
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Layer the hash browns, bacon, onions, green pepper and cheese in slow cooker, layered. Beat eggs, milk and mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
