Heartburn Casserole

6-8 links of Sweet Italian Sausage ( I guess you could use Hot Sausage if you wanted)
2 large cans of whole tomatoes - do not drain
1 large onion - cut in chunks
1 large red papper - cut in chunks
1 large green pepper - cut in chunks
small container of fresh mushrooms - cleaned and quartered
block of mozz cheese cut into chunks

Par boil the sausage to get rid of the pink. After boiling, cut the sausage into bite size chunks. Place in crock. Put your chunked up peppers, onion and mushrooms in the crock. Place the chunks of mozz in and stir the whole thing to mix everything. Pour the two cans of tomatoes and juice over the mixture. You can add whatever spices your family likes. Cover and do NOT take the lid off for 6-7 hours. This is great ladled into bread bowls.
