Rosemary & Thyme Chicken

3 pound roasting chicken.
1-2 tsp. garlic,minced
kosher salt to taste
1/2 onion,sliced into wedges.
4 sprigs fresh Rosemary.
3 sprigs fresh Thyme
seasoning salt to taste.(Crazy Jane's or any one you prefer.)

rub inside of chicken with garlic and kosher salt.
Stuff with onion wedgesand herb sprigs.
Sprinkle seasoning salt on the outside of chicken.
place in crockpot.
cover and cook on LOW setting for 8-10 hours.
serves 4.
