Biscuit Pizza

1/2 lb sausage
2 1/2 c biscuit mix
2/3 c evaporated milk
2 T melted butter
6 oz. tomato paste
2 c (1/2 lb.) shredded cheese
1 t oregano leaves

Cook meat breaking up til light brown. Drain on paper toweling Blend biscuit mix and evaporated milk together thoroughly Chill ten minutes Knead a few times on lightly floured board Divide into two portions Roll each portion into a nine inch circle Place in pizza pans Brush with melted butter sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper Over the bottom of each crust spread evenly half the tomato paste top with cheese and sausage and sprinkle with oregano Bake 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes
