Weight Watchers Stuffed Pepper Soup

1 lb extra lean ground beef
1 cp diced onion
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 (15.5 oz) can of diced tom
2 cps chopped green peppers
1 (15 oz) can of tom sauce
3 cps water
1 tbl beef bouillon
1 cp cooked brown rice

Brown beef with onion. Place in crock pot with remaining ingredients on low 6-8 hours or simmer in pot 1 hour.
