Honey Baked Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 tlbs butter, melted
4 tlbs honey
4 tsp prepared mustard
3 tsp curry powder
salt & pepper (optional)

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and add chicken. Mix butter, honey, mustad and curry powder together in a small bowl. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on High for 3 hours or Low for 5-7 hours.

Variations - Can use skinless bone-in breasts. Instead of curry powder, use 1/2 tsp paprika.
