I start my rice before I start cooking my meat.
Take some stew meat, I use 1 lb for 2 people. I cut mine into bite size pieces. While the meat is cooking sprinkle tony chachere's seasoning on it, the more you use the more kick it will have.
When the meat is browned , mix in one pack of brown gravy following the directions on the back. Cook and stir until the gravy is to your desired thickness.
Plate over rice and enjoy. I like to make sweet yellow corn bread to go with it! YUM!
Reheats very well so it's a good meal to double or triple.
