Stuffed Shells

Stuffed Shells

What you need:
1 package of mild italian sausage, you can use turkey sausage as well
1 can/package of spinach
8oz pack of cream cheese(I use reduced fat), you can use reg.
15oz ricotta cheese(I use low fat), you can use reg.
1 box jumbo shells
parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese

Boil some water and put your jumbo shells in to cook
If you bought links of sausage make sure you peel the casing off, brown the sausage. While that's browning, mix the cheeses and spinach together in a bowl.
When your sausage is brown combine it with the cheeses.
Take a 13 X 9 casserole dish and pour your choice of flavored spaghetti sauce on the bottom just enough to coat it.
Drain your shells and cool them.
Scoop your cheese mixture into the shells, filing them but not over-flowing and place in the casserole dish.
Top the shells with some more sauce, and more mozzarella and parmesan.
Cover with foil and cook for 30 mins @ 350 degrees.
Take the foil off and cook for another 15 mins.
Remove from oven and enjoy with a nice salad and some garlic bread!
